1 Usage Guidelines — No Contract

• No contract formed: These Terms are a unilateral usage disclaimer only. They do not create, imply, or constitute any contract, agreement, arrangement, partnership, or legally binding obligation of any kind between you and careinteli AI or its owner(s) — under any circumstances whatsoever.
• No organisational binding: If you use the platform on behalf of a company or organisation, nothing in these Terms binds that organisation, nor does careinteli AI accept any obligations toward it.
• Use at will: You use careinteli AI entirely of your own free will, with no obligation on the part of careinteli AI to provide, maintain, or continue any service.
• Right to change: careinteli AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the platform or these guidelines at any time without notice or liability.

2 No Liability — Complete Disclaimer

• Use at your own risk: You use careinteli AI entirely at your own risk and sole discretion.
• No warranties: The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with no warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement.
• AI limitations: Artificial intelligence can and will produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misleading output. careinteli AI makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI‑generated content.
• No professional advice: Nothing produced by careinteli AI constitutes legal, medical, financial, compliance, regulatory, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
• No consequential damages: Under no circumstances shall careinteli AI or its owner(s) be liable for any: indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profit or revenue; loss of data; business interruption; or reputational harm — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Aggregate liability cap: To the extent any liability is found despite these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of careinteli AI to any party is limited to the greater of USD $1 (one dollar) or the amount actually paid by such party to careinteli AI in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Third-party services: careinteli AI integrates with third-party services (e.g., cloud providers, authentication providers, AI model providers). The platform is not liable for any failure, outage, data breach, or harm caused by third-party services.

3 AI Accuracy & Errors

• AI systems — including large language models — are inherently imperfect and will produce errors, hallucinations, and factual inaccuracies.
• You acknowledge that AI-generated responses must never be relied upon as authoritative fact without independent verification.
• careinteli AI does not guarantee that outputs will be appropriate, accurate, free of bias, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• You are solely responsible for any action you take based on AI-generated outputs.
• AI-generated content may reflect biases present in underlying training data; careinteli AI makes no warranty against such biases.
• The platform may be unavailable, degraded, or return incorrect results at any time due to model changes, third-party API failures, or infrastructure issues. No uptime or quality SLA is guaranteed.

4 User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the queries, content, and data you submit to the platform.
• You must not use careinteli AI for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent security controls, or extract model weights or proprietary information from the platform.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy laws) in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not submit personal health information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII), financial data, or any other regulated data unless you have verified with careinteli AI that it is configured, certified, and authorised to process such data.

5 Data & Privacy

• Data you upload or generate through the platform is stored and processed in accordance with careinteli AI's Privacy Policy (published separately).
• You grant careinteli AI a limited licence to process submitted data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• careinteli AI implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute data security. You accept the inherent risk of data transmission over the internet.
• In the event of a data breach or loss, careinteli AI's liability is limited as described in Section 2 above.

6 Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the careinteli AI platform — including software, design, branding, and proprietary AI workflows — are owned by or licensed to careinteli AI.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose only.
• AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs are provided to you for your use; however, careinteli AI makes no warranty as to ownership, originality, or freedom from third-party IP claims in such outputs.

7 Indemnification

• You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless careinteli AI, its owner(s), officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of or reliance on the platform or any AI-generated output.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Any content or data you submit to the platform.
• Any claim by a third party relating to your use of the platform.

8 Termination & Suspension

• careinteli AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability to you.
• You may stop using the platform at any time. Discontinuation does not waive any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
• Upon termination, all licences granted to you immediately cease.

9 No Liability Under Any Law

• No contract, no claims: Because no contract or agreement is formed between you and careinteli AI, no contractual claims of any kind can arise from your use of the platform.
• No legal action against owner(s): The owner(s) of careinteli AI shall not be subject to any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising from the availability, accuracy, or output of the platform, under any legal theory or jurisdiction.
• Platform provided gratuitously: Access to careinteli AI is provided voluntarily and without consideration. No rights, entitlements, or expectations are created by such access.
• Limitation period: Any claim or action a user wishes to bring — regardless of jurisdiction or theory — must be filed within 30 days of the date of the alleged event; after which it is permanently and irrevocably time-barred.

10 Severability & Construction

• No agreement formed: These guidelines do not constitute an agreement, contract, or legal instrument of any kind, and shall not be interpreted or construed as such by any court, arbitrator, or authority.
• Severability: If any individual clause in these guidelines is found invalid or unenforceable, that clause is severed and the remaining clauses continue to express the intent of careinteli AI without creating any obligation.
• No waiver: Failure by careinteli AI to act on any provision does not create any right, entitlement, or expectation for any user.
• Supersedes all prior communications: These guidelines replace all prior statements, representations, or communications regarding the platform, none of which form any obligation on careinteli AI.
